Here are two versions of a recipe. One was given to me by Kelly B., the other by my friends Shawn & Keri. The chicken melts in your mouth and is great served with noodles or rice. My kids love it.
Kelly's version:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Bake on low in crock pot for 6-8 hours.
Shawn & Keri's version:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bake on low in crock pot for 6-8 hours. Can also put this in a 13x9 pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
